Si Sawat: ‘Maew oie maew mieow’
‘Roop raang bpra-prieow bpen nak naa’

Huh?! Who’s there?

เก้าแต้ม: ครอกฟี้ ครอกฟี้
Kao Taem: ‘Krok fee’ ‘Krok fee’ (snoring sound).

สีสวาด: เมี้ยวว!!! (เหมียว)
Si Sawat: Meow!!!

เก้าแต้ม: ปัดโธ่ ตกใจหมดเลย กำลังหลับสบายเชียว
Kao Taem: Yikes! You scared the hell out of me, I was enjoying such a deep sleep.

สีสวาด: ที่นอนมีตั้งเยอะตั้งแยะทำไมมานอนบนศาลพระภูมิล่ะ
Si Sawat: There are so many places to sleep, why must you come and sleep on a ‘Saan pra-poom’, huh?

เก้าแต้ม: ก็มันสูงดี ลมพัดเย็นสบายด้วย
Kao Taem: Well, it is quite tall and there’s a cool breeze too.

สีสวาด: ศาลพระภูมิเนี่ย(นี่อ่ะ)นะ เค้า(เขา)ถือว่าเป็นที่สถิตของเทวดาประจำพื้นที่หรือสถานที่นั้นๆ ชั้น(ฉัน)เห็นคุณแม่พี่เก่งมาไหว้บ่อยๆ

‘Saan’ (ศาล) on its own basically has two core meanings: a court (a place where trials and other legal cases happen) or a shrine (a place for worship that is holy).

‘Pra-poom’ (พระภูมิ) basically means a ‘guardian spirit(s)’.

So ‘Saan pra-poom’ (ศาลพระภูมิ) basically means a ‘guardian spirit house(s)’. You can read more about it here: Spirit Houses.

‘Tay-wa-daa’ (เทวดา) on its own basically means a ‘god/goddess or angel’ however in this dialogue it is probably used to refer more to a ‘guardian spirit’.
